Privacy policy

The short version: I only collect what you type into my forms, I use it only to reply to you, and I never sell or share it. This site has no ads, no analytics and no tracking cookies.
Who I am
This is the personal portfolio of Tami Trevino, a product designer based in Colorado, USA. Questions about your information? Send me a message and I'll answer.
What I collect
Only what you choose to send through my two forms:
- Contact form: your name, email, whether you're reaching out about a job or something else, and your message.
- Project form (Start a Project): your name, email, phone number, how you'd like to be contacted, your company and links, and your project details, such as services, budget, deadline and links to files.
I use this only to reply to you and to scope and do your project. I don't add you to a mailing list, sell your information or share it with anyone. I keep messages only as long as we're in touch, and I'll delete yours whenever you ask.
How messages are delivered: both forms use a third-party form service (Web3Forms) to deliver messages to my inbox. It's the only outside service that receives anything you type here, and it processes your message only to deliver it, under its own privacy policy. The forms also have hidden spam traps to keep bots out.
What's stored on your device
This site doesn't use cookies. It saves two small preferences in your own browser (local storage) so the site remembers your choices. They never leave your device.

Other services your browser connects to
- Web hosting: like every website, the host may keep basic server logs (such as IP address, browser and time of visit) for security and reliability.
- Fonts are hosted on this site, so no font service sees your visit.
- Links to other sites: LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and client websites have their own privacy policies once you leave this site.
Your choices and rights
You can ask me what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it, and I'll do it. Just send me a message. Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado or the EU), you may have additional rights under local law, and I'll honor them.
Children
This site is meant for hiring teams and clients. It isn't directed to children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information.
Credits and disclosures
- Client work is shown as portfolio examples. Company names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners, and their appearance doesn't mean they endorse this site.
- Project Insight: data shown is representative, and client information has been anonymized to protect confidentiality.
- Jars UX audits were self-initiated. Jars didn't commission, review or endorse them.
- AI-generated imagery: the Fridays-Off lifestyle renders were created with AI (Higgsfield) from supplier product photos, which belong to their owners.
- Everything else on this site, including its design, writing and illustrations, is © 2026 Tami Trevino. Please ask before reusing it.
Changes
If this policy changes, I'll update it here and change the date at the top.
